Rachel Kitchens-Cole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. With over 20 years of experience as a school social worker, she has dedicated her career to supporting parents, students, and staff in navigating the complexities of social and emotional well-being. For the past six years, she has specialized in social-emotional learning, working with pre-teens through young adults to help them develop essential skills for resilience and growth.
As a parent of children with ADHD, anxiety, and autism, she brings a unique perspective that combines professional expertise with personal experience. She understands the challenges families face and is committed to creating a supportive and understanding environment.
She utilizes an eclectic treatment modality, integrating various techniques to best meet the needs of each individual. She strives to be empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental, listening deeply to understand your experiences. Jaqui Vallina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has dual Master's degrees in Social Work and Criminology from Florida State University.
Jaqui has been a therapist for 10 years and believes in providing an open and non-judgmental atmosphere for adults. She has provided counseling to clients experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm, LGBTQIA+ challenges, relationship issues, or were involved in the criminal justice system.

Teresa Sims-Lawson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia. She has a master's degree in clinical social work from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor's degree in social work from Clark Atlanta University.
Teresa has 5 years of experience working with adolescents and adults with complex trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression in outpatient and inpatient settings. She specializes in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. She also incorporates solution focused therapy, person centered therapy, and holistic practices.
Teresa’s objective is to reduce stress and anxiety in your daily life by promoting self-care, self-awareness, and self-determination. She utilizes a strength-based approach to focus on personal strengths and social and community support. She can be found virtually with insurance or self pay.
Kelley is an empathetic, patient, and caring Licensed Professional Counselor. She has over five years of experience helping youth, individuals and families develop their full potential and cope with various challenges. She is passionate about wellness and providing a nonjudgmental and safe space for all individuals.

Dakara Steele is a Masters level Counselor with a passion for empowering adolescents and young adults as they navigate the complexities of growing up. With over 8 years of experience in the mental health field as well as the school system, she specializes in helping young individuals cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, family dynamics, peer relationships, and self-identity. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, allowing her to tailor techniques to each client’s unique needs.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Service Counseling where she focused on Trauma Informed Counseling, as well as a Master’s in School Counseling from Liberty University. Her training includes trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy, which she utilizes to create a safe and supportive space for clients. Dakara believes that every client has the potential to thrive, and that her role is to help them uncover their strengths and build resilience. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including play therapy, mindfulness techniques, and family systems therapy, to foster open communication and emotional understanding.
Dakara is committed to creating a nurturing environment where young people feel heard, validated, and empowered. Outside of counseling, she enjoys spending time with my three children and husband, exercising, and crafting! Hailey Fussell is the administrative coordinator for The Grace Center. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and is ready to help you!
Hailey works with incoming and current clients to ensure that they have a well-serving match with our therapists. She is passionate about making mental health care accessible and open for everyone.
Hailey can be found coordinating and running events and workshops, responding to calls and emails, and guiding a quick and affirming process at The Grace Center.
